Our products come with guarantees which cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled for a replacement or refund for a major failure, for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. In addition to the rights and remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law you may also be entitled to benefits under the terms of any additional manufacturer's warranty. The manufacturer's warranty (if it applies to your product) does not in any way affect your rights under the laws of New South Wales and Australian Consumer Law.
When you place an order, you are accepting our terms and conditions of our website. While placing an order MY TECH SHOP has not accepted to supply any product. MY TECH SHOP reserves right to cancel or refund an order, refuse or terminate service, edit or remove contents at their sole discretion. In the ordering option you must elect to have products delivered to an Australian Postal address as we do not ship overseas this time.
CURRENCY, GST, PRICE:
All price mentioned in the website is Australian Dollar (AUD) and are inclusive of GST (Good Service Tax). The prices exclude shipping charge. The Shipping Cost is shown separately and is calculated based on your location and product type.
NO REFUND shall be made if the products purchased are available at lower price. MY TECH SHOP reserves the right to change the price of the advertised product without prior notice. With this we keep our price updated and competitive.

Our business hours are between Monday to Friday 9.30am – 5.30pm, excluding NSW public holidays. Orders made during the weekend or public holiday will not be processed until the next business day.
DISPATCH & DELIVERY:
If you are registered user, you can log in to your account to view the status of your order. When your orders are dispatched, you will receive an auto-generated email indicating the name of courier company we used, as well as the associated tracking number. If you do not receive the item within the estimated delivery period and the tracking number provided is not helping, please contact us. All items will be delivered to the shipping address provided unless otherwise agreed by us. MY TECH SHOP will take reasonable care to dispatch your order within the estimated dispatch time frame provided in our listing. The estimated shipping time frame is 1-6 business days after dispatch, depending on the shipping address and is subject to the limitations of our third-party delivery companies. As such, we do not guarantee that the item will be delivered within the estimated delivery time frame. Unless you have opted for postal insurance, we cannot guarantee you will be compensated for any loss or damage in transit. The decision to compensate for a lost or damaged parcel will depend on the third-party courier.
ON PICK UP SERVICE:
MY TECH SHOP doesn't charge any additional amount for self-pick, up service. Pick up service is available only after our email confirmation. To protect your parcel during transit (warehouse to your order’s shipping address) please click on postal insurance by choosing Insurance Cover during checkout. This will cover your parcel for any loss or damage in transit. Once our delivery company confirms that they cannot locate the parcel, or cannot provide proof of delivery, we will send you a replacement unit or provide you with a full refund. For items damaged in transit, you should advise us within one business day of receiving the item and email a photo of the damaged product and packaging. Once we arrange the return of the damaged product, we will send you a replacement unit or provide you with a full refund. We strongly recommend customers to purchase postal insurance for their orders. MY TECH SHOP will not assume any responsibility for parcels that are lost or damaged in transit if your order is not covered by our postal insurance.
ORDER CANCELLATION & CHANGE OF MIND:
We cannot guarantee changes on your order once it has been paid. An order cannot be amended or cancelled without prior written approval from MY TECH SHOP. Changing of shipping address, product or quantity after you have paid are examples of amendments that needs prior approval from us. You may not assume that we must do so upon receiving your request. We reserve the right to approve or reject any requests for order amendment or cancellation based on your reasons; whether the time you provided for us to make the amendment or cancellation is reasonable; and presence of any delay from our side causing this request.
If your order has already been shipped, you may return your order in accordance with our Return Policy. We may also charge additional shipping costs if we need to resend your parcel for reasons including but not limited to the customer's change of mind, an incorrect address, the parcel being unclaimed or a purchase made in error.
However, we reserve the right to cancel orders any time at our own discretion. If you have already paid for the order, we will issue a full refund or offer an equivalent or substitute product to you at our agreed price. If a product becomes unavailable, we may cancel the order and either offer you a substitute model or refund your payment as soon as possible.
If you change your mind about a purchase, it is at our discretion whether we accept a return for refund. We generally accept a return within 7 days of receiving the product only if the product is in their original condition, and if the product is not a consumable or software. It will only be eligible for a refund on the product’s sale price, and in some cases, a partial refund on the product’s sale price. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the customer.

Promotions made by MY TECH SHOP are deemed to finish when promotion expires or stock runs out whichever is earlier. A maximum purchase limit by unit may be imposed.
To the extent allowed by The Australian Consumer Law and Trade Practices Act 1974, and Competition and Consumer Act 2010, all hardware sold by MY TECH SHOP is covered by one year limited warranty and is also backed by Australian manufacturer warranty. However, consumables products and software are not returnable or refundable. If the manufacturer warranty period exceeds one year, we advise customers to contact the manufacturer directly for warranty support after one year of purchase.
- Any defective products purchased from MY TECH SHOP will fall within the warranty period provided will be covered, unless they fall within the following conditions:
- Physical Damage on the product not caused in the event during transit or Dead on Arrival (DOA) but caused due to mishandling, incorrect use of product for its purposes, improper installation of product, by accident, insect or vermin infestation, improper method or failure to maintain service and handle the item with reasonable care.
- The product has been modified using unauthorised methods. Any modifications on the product including physical and software modifications using third party unauthorised software such as third-party firmware updates will void the warranty of products.
- The warranty seal or serial number of the item has been tampered with. ·The item has been serviced by another party other than MY TECH SHOP (mytechshop.com.au).
- Consequential loss including but not limited to data, programs, software or other information stored on storage products, computer or laptop systems.
CREDITS, VOUCHERS & COUPONS:
- There may be a situation where we need to provide credit due to promotions rebate or replacement of products.
- Vouchers appearing on “My Account” Page is a kind of credit offered by MY TECH SHOP. These vouchers can be used for the payment before any other form of payments.
- Any balance remaining on the order after applying the voucher in your account, needs to be utilized by other payment methods outlined in the payment methods.
CREDIT CARD PROTECTION:
